1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed before 1p PacificTime on a business day.

Domestic Express Shipping is 1-2 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 4-6 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 206.501.5429.

3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. Once your payment is complete, and you need to change your order please email is immediately at

4.     May I return my order?

We do not accept returns but we will exchange your item(s), or give you a store credit.

When exchanging items, you must send it back in the same condition we sent it to you. Must not be tampered with in any way.

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair.

You must contact us first before exchanging your package at 206.501.5429 during business hours or within the seven (7) day exchange period. All Nala’s Mane Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it’s original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the Nala’s Mane hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for exchange.

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Nala’s Mane will not be responsible for lost items sent to be exchanged. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.
